The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented People and Culture Contract Administrator to manage a range of agreements across our organisation including employment contracts, contractor agreements and contracts with external providers such as EAP, transport and accommodation services. You will ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and manage employment agreements, including variations and renewals
• Respond to contract-related inquiries and resolve issues for stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records, registers, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with key team members to meet service and project goals
• Prepare reports, submissions, and recommendations for management
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and advise on opportunities for improvement
• Oversee contractor work and report on variations
• Collect and analyse project data to inform organisational outcomes
About You
• Bachelor degree in a human services-related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in contract administration or similar administrative role
• Experience with managing employment agreements, training contracts, and commercial contracts
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
