We have recently received the latest architectural plans for our duplex/dual occupancy project in Sydney, Australia. Before moving forward, we would like a fresh, creative perspective from an experienced international architect to review the drawings and provide constructive feedback. Our main goal is to ensure that: The internal spaces have been used efficiently and creatively. The layout maximises functionality, flow, and comfort for future occupants. There is good balance between aesthetics, practicality, and market appeal. What We’re Looking For: A highly creative architect with international experience in residential/luxury duplexes, townhouses, or multi-unit dwellings. Someone who can provide clear, professional feedback on how to make better use of space and improve the design. Ability to review plans (PDF) and give recommendations in writing and mark-ups. Deliverables: A professional review of the current duplex plans. Suggestions on space planning improvements, layout optimisations, and creative ideas. Identification of any missed opportunities to add value or improve usability. Requirements: Proven experience in architectural design and space optimisation. A portfolio of similar residential projects. Strong communication skills. Bonus if you have: Experience with Australian NCC/BCA codes (not essential, as focus is more on design and spatial use).
