Abhi’s Bread is a well-established artisan bakery, proudly serving the Perth community since 1990s. With a team of excellent bakers and pastry cooks, we specialise in handcrafted sourdough breads, pastries, and cakes, supplying both retail and wholesale customers across Perth.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pastry Cook to join our pastry team. This role will focus on producing high-quality pastries, croissants, muffins, and other sweet products to meet the demands of our café and wholesale customers. You will work within a professional kitchen alongside an experienced pastry team, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, bake, and finish a wide range of pastries and sweet products.
· Follow established recipes and production schedules to maintain consistency.
· Assist in developing new products and seasonal pastry lines.
· Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards at all times.
· Work collaboratively with the pastry and baking teams to meet production targets.

Requirements

· Relevant trade qualification in Patisserie.
· Minimum 1 year of work experience in a bakery, patisserie, or café environment.
· Good knowledge of pastry-making techniques and baking methods.
· Strong teamwork skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
