A co-educational secondary college in Canberra is looking for a Pastoral Care Coordinator to commence Term 1 2026.

About the role:
The Pastoral Care Coordinator holds accountability for the pastoral welfare and overall development of students within a designated age group or cohort.

This position requires close collaboration with senior leadership overseeing student care, as well as partnership with other middle leaders within the school. The core objective is to manage the holistic growth of students, ensuring their social and emotional wellbeing directly supports and enhances their academic progress.

A key component of this role is the leadership and management of a dedicated team of Pastoral Care Teachers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
- ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
