Sunstate Motorcycles, based in Nerang on the Gold Coast, is on the lookout for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts & Accessories Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and want to work with leading motorcycle brands, this could be the role for you!

Position Details:
This is a full-time role with the following hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
• One Rostered Day Off (RDO) per week, to be taken between Tuesday and Thursday

About the Role:
• As a Parts & Accessories Sales Consultant, you will:
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with their parts and accessory needs
• Offer expert advice on motorcycle gear, parts, and performance upgrades
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and showroom displays
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Source and order parts from suppliers
• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to deliver a top-tier customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in motorcycle or automotive parts sales (preferred)
• Strong product knowledge of motorcycles and accessories
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
• Motorcycle license (advantageous but not essential)
