  • Confident communicator — able to translate technical concepts clearly for both internal teams and external partners
  • Familiar with platforms like Salesforce, and able to manage data entry and workflow processes with accuracy

Here’s What You’ll be Doing

  • Support the Partner Development team with day-to-day operations, including supply-side deal creation, EQ reviews, and administrative tasks
  • Support account optimisation with insights, reporting, and suggested technical improvements
  • Monitor deal health, performance and optimisations
  • Assist with publisher onboarding and contribute to account health by identifying technical improvements

  • Work cross-functionally with Buyer, Solutions, and internal Ops teams to manage tasks and projects, troubleshoot issues, and escalate blockers when needed
  • Manage expectations effectively both internally and externally, always ensuring clear, proactive communication
