The Role – Part-Time Sales Assistant
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated person to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a big part in the daily running of the store.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting customers and helping them with product enquiries
• Guiding customers to choose the right flooring solution
• Preparing and presenting customer quotes
• Talking with suppliers to check stock and product details
• Supporting the team with sales, merchandising, and general store tasks
• Helping with basic admin to keep things running smoothly

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Honest, reliable, and hardworking
• A good communicator who enjoys helping people
• Comfortable speaking with both customers and suppliers
• Willing to learn (we’ll provide full training!)
• A team player with a positive attitude

Bonus skills (great to have, but not essential):

• Interest or knowledge in interior design
• Comfortable reading and understanding floor plans
• Familiarity with carpets and flooring products
• Speaking another language
