• Conveniently located In the heart of Brisbane CBD & accessible by public transport
• Multiple temporary positions available, offering Part-Time Hours on a 6 month contract (likely to be extended)
• Paying $37.86 per + super
• Monday - Friday scheduled roster provided in advance
• Shift times require availability between 8am - 2pm OR 2pm - 9pm (applicants must be available to do one of these shifts)

• Deliver accurate and timely information
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
• Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs)
