I run a supportive Facebook group called Meet ChatGPT with Shelley, which helps adults aged 50+ learn how to use AI tools like ChatGPT without overwhelm. I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with community engagement in the group. This is not a content creation role; I provide everything you need. Your task is to post pre-written comments at the right times and keep engagement flowing. Your Role: - 3 posts per week (Tues, Thurs, Sat) are pre-scheduled by me. - Use the comment schedule + pre-written comments I provide. For each post: - Post Shelley’s first comment within 1 hour of the post going live (U.S. time zone). - Add 1–2 follow-up seed comments within 24 hours. - Rotate variations from the comment bank (to avoid repetition). - Log activity in a shared Google Sheet. - “Like” member replies, and if a reply is very simple (e.g., “Thanks!” or “I tried this”), you may respond with a pre-approved variation. - Provide a short weekly summary of comments used and member responses. Requirements: - Available to post during U.S. hours (morning/daytime EST or CST preferred). - Strong written English, able to follow brand voice and tone closely. - Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent with scheduling. - Comfortable working with Google Sheets. - Experience with Facebook Groups/community management is a plus. Hours & Budget: ~3 hrs per week, spread across 3 days. - Ongoing long-term role. - Budget: $5–10/hr depending on experience.
