We produce aggregates, including crushed rock, sand, gravel and road base from a number of locations in across Australia. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Quarry Administrator to join our Lysterfield Quarry team. This role is a part time role, with shifts ranging from Monday - Friday, 9am – 3pm. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and truck drivers in a professional and friendly manner Answer incoming calls, manage general enquiries, and direct communications appropriately Maintain accurate data entry of weighbridge transactions and delivery dockets Assist with stock tracking, invoicing, and basic accounts tasks Order and manage office supplies and PPE stock Support operational and safety administration, including inductions and compliance documentation Perform general administrative duties as required by the Quarry Manager and team Skills & Experience Previous experience in reception or administrative support, ideally within a construction, transport, or quarry environment Strong computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, and experience with weighbridge or inventory systems (desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Benefits $32.85 per hour, plus super Supportive and safety-focused team environment Opportunity to grow within a stable and essential industry Heidelberg Materials Australia is proud of our culturally diverse and inclusive workforce.
