We’re offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Brisbane, working alongside Heather Beckingsale and Aston Joppich. About the Role and Team Join a large, diverse team united by shared values and a clear vision, specialising in a broad range of Corporate and Commercial law and private client matters, including Wills and Estates and Property. Take a lead role in estate administration—drafting legal documents, preparing probate applications, managing court filings, and building trusted relationships with clients, executors, and beneficiaries through the estate administration process. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our centrally located Brisbane office, offering genuine collaboration and recognition through ongoing feedback, support, development, and training. About You You bring proven experience in estate administration or a similar legal support role. Experience in drafting Wills and EPOAs and/or assisting with property matters is an advantage but not essential. You have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal. This role is ideal for a career paralegal seeking a warm, supportive team, or a seasoned legal secretary ready to take the next step.
