Paralegal We are looking for an experienced Paralegal/Law Graduate to join our busy and dynamic legal team in Sydney. This role is a rare opportunity, ideal for a Law Graduate who is eager to build a career in commercial law. The successful candidate will be become a valued member of our team, working across all aspects of our diverse business. This is a 6 month FTC that offers a pathway to a permanent role for candidates who demonstrate strong capabilities and alignment with our team. It is based in our Sydney office, in Rydalmere (near Parramatta). About the Role We are currently seeking an energetic Paralegal/Law Graduate to join an existing team, reporting to the Director Legal. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the full contract lifecycle, including review, execution, filing, and record-keeping. Maintain regular communication with legal team, supporting alignment on policies, templates, and compliance requirements. Coordinate and support external regulatory compliance and government-related declarations, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and in line with local legal requirements. Provide legal support during procurement activities, including supplier agreement reviews and risk analysis. Track and assist in handling special legal matters or disputes, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel where appropriate. Conduct initial legal review of commercial contracts, identifying key risks and escalating where necessary Assist the legal team About You Bachelor’s degree in Law preferred. 2-3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally from an in-house legal team or reputable law firm. Familiar with contract law and commercial legal practice, with strong analytical and drafting skills. Able to manage routine legal tasks independently with high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across departments.
