The Company

Our client is a family-owned business in Hunter Region specializes in smash repair services for cars, trucks and buses for private owners, and businesses.

The company is an approved employer sponsor. Therefore, whilst local candidates will be given priority, outstanding international candidates may also be considered for employment with 482/TSS visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Stripping, fitting, painting or spraying, panel beating
Spray painting duties may also be involved in this role
Ensuring work is completed to a high quality standard at all times
Dismantling and Reassembling of vehicles
Strictly complying with Health & Safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Trade Qualified Panel Beater
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Body shop or Accident Repair Center
Broad knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
Competence in all areas of body repair and on various types of vehicles
Spray painting experience is also highly regarded but not a requirement
Flexible work approach and good work ethic
Strong commitment to completing assigned jobs and ensuring customer satisfaction
Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction
Able to follow specific work instructions, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your workmanship
Health & Safety must be a priority
Current drivers license and reliable transport - a must
Must be punctual, reliable and available for work
Good written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Annual Salary of $80,000 to $100,000
