Are you a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician looking for stability, no more chasing hail, and a place to show off your skills? At Carma, we’ve got you covered — 38 hours a week, year-round, in our brand-new St Peters workshop. With a steady flow of cars, you’ll tackle both parking dents and hail damage, bringing your skills and growing with us.

What you’ll be doing
Use your PDR skills to remove dents and get vehicles looking flawless
Work closely with the team and manager to meet repair expectations
Spot panel defects and recommend the best repair approach
Help with vehicle prep and pitch in to keep the workshop running smoothly

About you
Experience as a PDR Technician and your own kit of tools.
A love for precision and attention to detail—no dent too small, no corner overlooked!
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping quality front and centre.
Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Reliability, punctuality, and pride in maintaining a clean, professional workshop.
A clean NSW driver’s license.
