Our client, D & Z ELDRIDGE FAMILY TRUST T/A GLEN CARROLL PAINTING, is seeking a skilled and reliable Painting Trades Worker to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality finishes with attention to detail and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in painting and surface preparation, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
• Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper and other finishes to protect, maintain and decorate surfaces of buildings and structures

Duties:
• Paint the interiors of apartments, condos, units, townhouses and other multi-household buildings as required
• Work with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians and plumbers, to prepare units for lease
• Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping
• Collaborate with other professional painters on larger jobs
• Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner
• Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects
• Meet with property managers to discuss colour and finish options as well as other design details for leasing spaces

Qualification:
• AQF Certificate IV or Higher
• 3-5 years of experience in related field

Salary:
• $70,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
