We're on the hunt for a Paid Social & Programmatic powerhouse to join our fast-growing team. If you're someone who lives and breathes Meta Ads, knows your way around LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and can hold your own in a client meeting—read on. What You’ll Be Doing: Running and optimising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and (ideally) programmatic platforms like Yahoo, StackAdapt or Quantcast. Joining client meetings to present performance insights, strategy recommendations and answer questions with confidence and clarity. Proactively identifying ways to improve performance, test new formats, and uncover opportunities. Working closely with our creative team to bring your ideas to life with scroll-stopping assets. Supporting strategic campaign planning alongside our broader media and social teams. What We’re Looking For: Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (essential). Experience with programmatic advertising is a big plus. Comfortable speaking with clients, presenting data, and making strategic recommendations. A strategic thinker who also loves getting into the detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills - clear, concise, and compelling. Highly organised and proactive, with great attention to detail.
