Job Title:  Paediatric Speech Pathologist - Community - Ballarat VIC

Working Hours: Full Time/ Part Time/ Casual

Salary Offer:  $91,500 to $126,500 including super (depending on experience) + CPD Allowance + Benefits

About the role:

As a Speech Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and adults in our community. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team of professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths and needs.
Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover of therapy skills.
Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
Contribute to the ongoing development of company's services.

Essential Criteria:

An interest in paediatrics
A Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia
A willingness to undergo a Police Check and to attain a Working with Children Check
