About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Padel Coach to lead our coaching team and deliver high-quality sessions across all player levels—from beginners to advanced competitors. This is a key leadership role within our coaching structure, aimed at developing talent, growing club engagement, and setting a professional and inspiring tone for our coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach individual and group sessions for juniors, adults, and high-performance players
- Analyse player performance and create customised development plans
- Design and implement training drills aligned with international coaching standards
- Lead and motivate players during practice and competition
- Organise club tournaments, coaching clinics, and community events
- Ensure safety and professionalism in all coaching environments
- Mentor junior coaches and support their development
- Represent Nordic Padel in interclub matches and official events

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience coaching padel or racquet sports (e.g., tennis)
- Recognised coaching qualification (e.g. FITP National Padel Coach Certificate)
- Solid understanding of padel rules, techniques, and coaching methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Nice to Have
- Previous coaching experience in Australia or abroad
- Multilingual (Italian, Spanish, etc.)
- Social media and/or event promotion skills
