Looking for candidates available to work Monday to Friday, with Monday and Tuesday being the non-flexible compulsory days. The remaining days are flexible in terms of hours and which days are worked, with a total of 35 hours per week required for this role.

Sentry Water Filters is looking for a reliable and energetic Packing Assistant to join our team and help ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, has a keen eye for detail, and isn't afraid to jump in where needed.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be the efficient picking and packing of online orders to ensure they are ready for dispatch. Beyond this, you will assist with various tasks around the shop, which includes greeting and providing basic assistance to our in-store customers when the need arises. We value a team player who can balance technical tasks with great interpersonal skills.
Schedule & Availability
We require a consistent commitment at the start of the week. Mondays and Tuesdays are compulsory workdays, while the remaining days are flexible in terms of hours and which days are worked, with a total of 35 hours per week required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately picking products from inventory based on digital or printed order sheets.
Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit while maintaining a professional presentation.
Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
Greeting and helping customers within the shop to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Supporting the broader team with various administrative or manual tasks as they arise.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
The physical ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks.
A friendly, approachable demeanour for customer-facing interactions.
Reliability and punctuality, specifically for the required Monday through Wednesday shift block.
Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus but not essential.
