We are looking for detail-focused Packaging Operators to join our remote operations team. Working in a high-compliance, fast-paced hygiene-controlled environment, you’ll be responsible for safely and accurately packaging game meat products to specification.

You'll be a member of a team that works 7 days on, then takes 7 days off. You’ll experience an attractive work–life balance and enjoy a stable and predictable income, reviewed annually.

Initially located at Brayton NSW, near Marulan for about six months, then expected opportunity for relocation to other areas in NSW.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate packaging machinery to portion and pack game meat into trays, vacuum packs, or bulk containers
• Conduct quality checks for product weight, labelling, seal integrity, and presentation
• Accurately label products with batch codes, use-by dates, and traceability data
• Maintain a clean, hygienic packaging area in line with food safety protocols
• Assist with palletising, inventory tracking, and loading packaged goods into storage
• Work as part of a close-knit team to meet production targets and schedules
• Record data related to output, traceability, and quality assurance
• Adhere to all WHS procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience in a packaging or production line role, ideally in a food or meat processing environment
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality and hygiene
• Ability to lift, move, and work on your feet throughout the shift
• NSW Food Safe Handling Certificate
• Comfortable working with raw meat in a temperature-controlled facility
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A team-first attitude and good communication skills
