Role: Pack Shed Manager (Potato Packhouse)
Location: Glenroy, South East SA
Conditions: $110,000 – $130,000 + Superannuation + Allowances | Full-Time | Permanent

Join one of South Australia’s largest potato producers, managing a high-volume packing facility and leading a skilled production team.

Key Duties:

Manage the full operations of a major potato packing facility
Supervise staff across grading, packing, QA, and dispatch
Ensure compliance with HACCP, Freshcare, and GlobalGAP
Oversee production targets, maintenance, and reporting
Drive technology adoption and process improvement

Required:
5+ years' experience in food processing or produce packing
Team leadership and compliance management
Strong knowledge of food safety and operational systems

Sponsorship Available:
Employer sponsorship under the Subclass 482 Visa may be available for outstanding international candidates with the required experience and qualifications.
