We are a mystery shopping company based in Australia that conducts between 1,000 and 2,000 mystery shops a month across Australia and New Zealand. The feedback we provide our clients supports them in providing an exceptional level of service to their customers. We have close to 10,000 Mystery Shoppers on our database, contacts from previous rosters, expressions of interest and projects we've run. We have a Social Media Marketing Administrator who is sending leads to our Allocations team on a daily basis and a partnership with an Influencer who sends us high-quality leads as well. Approximately 20-30% of our vacancies each month require outreach/headhunting support. We are looking for someone to join our Allocations team as the Mystery Shopper Outreach / Headhunter role, where you will: * Using the tools that we have, send targeted outreach emails and text messages to Shoppers in nearby locations *Respond to emails and text messages that you receive in order to get them trained and allocated to the mystery shopping project *When necessary, advertise and respond to applicants on an online platform in Australia and New Zealand for gig workers to get them trained and allocated to the mystery shopping project *Where we've exhausted all other options, you will be cold calling local business owners/managers in the area to source local mystery shoppers (using a script that's friendly, quick and converts) *In all instances, ensure the Shoppers do the training before being allocated to the mystery shop. The sales goal here is to source, train and allocate people to the mystery shopping vacancies we have available. Basically, your "sale" is made when you've allocated the Shopper, not just generated the lead. We are a high-performing team of 16 people looking for another awesome high performer. We are looking for someone who is results-focused, self-motivated with a strong eye for detail. Anyone who loves working in a fast paced, results-driven, outcomes-oriented environment will love this role! This role will start with 5 hours per day but may grow to 8 hours per day for the right person. Depending on the time zone you are located, we may need you to start early to line up with the Australian time zone. As an example, our team in South Africa, India and the Philippines start at 6am local time so they are online when Australians are awake and able to answer emails, text messages and calls. We are paying $8 USD an hour for this role. Please do not apply if you are after more than $8USDper hour for the first 12-months. We are offering consistent hours and will absolutely considering lifting this to 8 hours a day for the right person.
