We're seeking a skilled freelancer to fix and optimize our Outgrow to ConvertKit quiz flow. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless subscriber integration, immediate PDF delivery via email, and creating branded templates for our materials. Additionally, you'll be tasked with verifying inbox deliverability to guarantee that our emails reach subscribers effectively. Finalize Outgrow → ConvertKit Quiz Integration (Testing, PDF Delivery & Branded Emails) Current Situation: - The Outgrow quiz and ConvertKit automation are built and activated, but no subscriber is being added when a test quiz is submitted. - All email content exists, but previous work only copied screenshots from Beehiv instead of building proper ConvertKit templates. Work Required: 1. Diagnose & fix the Outgrow → ConvertKit connection - Check the Outgrow → Integrations → ConvertKit settings: API key, form/tag selection, and custom field mapping. - Confirm that the quiz sends data to ConvertKit and that custom fields (e.g. Outcome_1) populate correctly. - Reconnect or re-map if needed and re-test until a quiz submission creates a subscriber and applies the correct tag/custom field. 2. Verify and repair ConvertKit automation - Ensure the “Has Custom field Outcome_1 that contains Lost Seeker” condition is correct (matching field names, spelling and case). - Confirm all emails and 1-day delays flow properly once triggered. 3. Rebuild all emails in ConvertKit (no image screenshots) - Use Unpack with Jack brand colours and fonts to create native, fully editable templates. -Ensure the welcome email with PDF download is sent immediately after quiz completion. 4. Deliverability & testing - Check and configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC for the sending domain. - Run inbox-placement tests (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) to confirm emails land in primary inbox, not spam or promotions. - Provide proof with screenshots. 5. Final handover Provide a Loom video and short written guide showing: - how the integration is set up, - how to edit emails or automations, - how to run a quick test in future. Success Criteria - A test quiz submission adds a subscriber to ConvertKit, applies the correct tags/custom fields, and triggers the immediate PDF email. - Subsequent emails send on schedule and remain fully editable. - Deliverability passes seed tests across major email providers.
