Purpose: Set up the online tools for our outbound B2B marketing system so that a Sales Development Rep (SDR) can run it consistently. Some of the below tasks have been done already but we need an expert to optimise the set up/connect all the pieces. Responsibilities of this role: - Set up outbound email infrastructure (domains, warmup, inboxes). - Build first 3–5 outbound email sequences (with input from CEO). - Source & clean 1,000 HR/L&D contacts (AU focus, using Firmable). - Integrate with CRM (HubSpot) + outbound tool (Active Campaign). - Test deliverability, track open/reply rates, optimise subject lines. - Build LinkedIn DM outreach into the set up. - Document the workflow so SDR can take over. Success Metrics (within 2 months) ✅ 3 domains warmed, email deliverability greater than 90%. ✅ 3 outbound sequences live, sending to at least 1,000 verified contacts. ✅ Reports show 20–30% open rates, 3–5% reply rates. ✅ Process documented, SDR can step in without chaos. Profile - Experience in cold email setup, outbound prospecting, B2B SaaS/HR space. - Knows deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). - Confident with Apollo, Firmable, or similar list-building tools. -Confident with Active Campaign and Hubspot. - Writes short, sharp cold emails (not fluffy marketing).
