Kool Kidzz Pty Ltd is a Department of Education approved provider. We offer primary-aged children fun, engaging, and diverse Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).

We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Responsible Person Educator to work a Full-Time role in our well-resourced After School Care and Vacation Care services.

As OSHC Coordinator you will be responsible for running and organising the After School Care and Vacation Care programs. The services are in North Sydney, NSW 2060.

Remuneration:
• Above Children's Services Award
• $35 - $39 p/h

The Role:
The position calls for a person who values and respects children and enjoys working with children face to face. You will be creating and facilitating programs for After School Care and Vacation Care.

You'll be running your OSHC services, designing and delivering fun and exciting programs and activities, and building and maintaining relationships with parents, educators and the schools.

Your time will be shared between office and on-site working directory with children face to face. As a guide, After School Care: Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Vacation Care (During NSW School Holidays), Monday to Friday from 8:090AM to 6:00 PM and Office Hours/Administration.

Successful candidates will have:

• Ability to effectively supervise and manage children
• Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
• Ability to implement the outcomes for "My Time Our Place" School Age Framework and demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle and curriculum.
• Strong management & organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families, and children

Education and qualifications:
• Educational qualification: A relevant qualification (e.g., Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma or equivalent in education and care).
• Current WWCC
• Child Protection: Under National Law (S162) all Responsible Persons must complete an ACECQA approved child protection course: CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Anaphylaxis and asthma training (or willing to obtain)
