Overview:
- The Organisational Development Project Officer is responsible for the planning, development and ongoing management of a variety of DHW and SA Health Organisational Development (OD) activities.
- The Project Officer will be responsible for meeting project timeframes and working with key internal stakeholders in the delivery of the OD activities and initiatives, as well as engaging in activities supporting DHW learning and development programs, diversity and inclusion programs and other employee engagement initiatives.
- The incumbent will also contribute to other programs/projects that seek to improve employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture within DHW and SA Health as required.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
