Organisational Development (OD) Consultant (12-Month Contract)
HR Partners is seeking an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Consultant to join the global Talent function their client - a major, market-leading financial services organisation. With a history of sustained success and operations across over 30 international markets, our client is known for its dynamic culture and commitment to innovation.
This role sits within a key corporate group that manages the organisation's core finance, strategy, people, and engagement functions. The group's strategy is focused on strengthening foundational processes and enabling scalable growth, driven by modern technology and efficient operations.
We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional to take ownership of critical talent and performance management practices across diverse divisions, including Finance & Tax, Corporate Affairs, Data & Technology, and People & Culture. This is a highly visible role where you will be instrumental in executing a group-wide talent strategy and driving significant organisational change.
Key Duties
Independently manage and deliver the end-to-end annual performance and talent cycle, from planning through to execution and review.
Collaborate globally to execute talent initiatives, creating impact for stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
Identify and drive efficiency improvements by streamlining and automating OD and talent management processes.
Provide expertise and contribute to broader organisational development initiatives, including DEI, employee engagement, and succession planning.
Compile, analyse, and interpret data to translate insights into actionable recommendations for talent management and OD strategy.
Essential Applicant Requirements
Demonstrated experience driving organisational development initiatives, including performance, talent, DEI, and employee engagement.
Proven experience in project and change management within the organisational development or HR field.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead effective discussions relating to talent management with senior stakeholders.
Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
