Prepare and present proposals for changes to procedures, job functions, and resource allocation.
Assist with the implementation of new procedures or organisational structures, including issuing revised manuals and training documentation.
Monitor compliance with new procedures and assess their impact on performance and service outcomes.
Support change management efforts by facilitating stakeholder workshops, coaching team leads, and managing communication plans.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams where technology or staffing intersects with proposed organisational changes.

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, organisational development, or consulting.
Strong capability in mapping and redesigning workflows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools.
Proficiency in gathering, interpreting, and presenting qualitative and quantitative organisational data.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops or interviews.
High-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
Understanding of project management, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).

Advanced Excel or Power BI skills for reporting and data analysis
