We're an Australian business that builds custom industrial vending machines with our own software. We're looking for an IT support technician to assist on an ad hoc but ongoing basis with configuration tasks during deployments. This includes setting up Windows environments, configuring BIOS settings, static IP setups (often with Starlink), Tosibox remote access, and more. You must be based in Australia and able to respond reasonably quickly to requests. Tasks include: Set up browser with specific favourites Install/configure on-screen keyboard Adjust sleep settings (never sleep) BIOS settings: power on after shutdown Install and configure scale software Static IP config and network adapter setup Starlink + Tosibox + DVR support Looking for someone who: Is confident working independently with hardware/software Has experience with Windows config, BIOS, and networks Can work on short notice when needed Communicates clearly and documents setup steps
