We’re looking for an experienced OmniSend expert to help us structure and optimize our email marketing system. The main focus is segmentation and automation – ensuring we have the right setup for different types of users so our email communication is effective and organized. Responsibilities: • Audit and set up our OmniSend account structure. • Build out proper segments (e.g., new sign-ups, paying customers, inactive users, etc.). • Create automated workflows (welcome series, onboarding sequences, payment confirmations, retention flows). • Ensure proper tagging, triggers, and list hygiene. • Provide guidance on best practices for segmentation and deliverability. • (Optional) Assist with email copywriting if needed, though the focus is on system setup and structure. Requirements: • Proven experience working with OmniSend (please provide examples or case studies). • Strong understanding of email segmentation, automation, and list management. • Knowledge of e-commerce and SaaS email flows is a plus. • Ability to set up a scalable system that we can continue running daily. • Excellent English communication skills.
