Managing HR-related functions including recruitment, staff development, performance appraisal, payroll, and employee supervision. Task & responsibilities Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.  Allocate human resources and supervise staff.  Assign work and monitor staff performance.  Coordinate personnel activities like hiring, performance management, payroll, and training.  Manage office records and accounts.  Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.  Ensure work complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.  Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.  Liaise with professionals to facilitate the resolution of office-related problems.  Monitor and address complex or sensitive enquiries that are escalated.  Contribute to the planning and review of office services and set standards.  Coordinate and organize office operations, procedures, and standards.   Qualification & experience AQF Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree  is desirable. Experience of 1 year in the relevant field.
