• Lead and support the admin team to ensure daily operations, student services, and trainer support run efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
• Manage office operations and facilities, ensuring resources are well-maintained, supplies are stocked and the workplace remains safe and productive.
• Monitor budgets and financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable and expenditure tracking, to support sound financial management.
• Ensure compliance with RTO Standards, ASQA, and WHS requirements, maintaining accurate records and supporting internal audits.
• Act as the central point of contact between trainers, students, management, and external partners to support effective communication and timely issue resolution.

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience working within an RTO environment, with a solid understanding of training compliance and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ESOS Act 2000 (Australia) and ASQA Standards for RTOs (2015 and 2025).
• A minimum Diploma of Business or Diploma of Leadership and Management or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing staff, operations, facilities and compliance functions.
• Experience in international marketing and student management, including engagement with overseas students and education agents.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with student management systems such as PowerProRTO
• Understanding of funding and reporting requirements for state and federal education programs
• Experience supporting internal and external audits
• Ability to contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes within an RTO.

Why Join InTech?
