Due to ongoing business needs, we are seeking a capable Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support our warehouse and trading teams at Port of Brisbane, QLD.

Office Manager (Full-Time) Port of Brisbane, QLD

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating end-to-end office administration and service delivery, including setting practical workflows, timeframes, and service expectations across the office function
• Overseeing staff scheduling and daily task allocation, ensuring priorities are clear and work output is monitored and followed up where required
• Managing office records, document control, and internal reporting, ensuring files, registers, and business documentation are accurate and easy to retrieve
• Supporting accounts and office finance administration, such as maintaining office accounts records, reconciling routine office transactions, and coordinating with external accountants/bookkeepers as required
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external professionals (e.g., freight partners, suppliers, IT support, advisors) to resolve operational issues and keep business activities running smoothly
• Ensuring the office has the right resources including workspace coordination, equipment readiness, and appropriate allocation of tools and systems for staff to perform effectively
• Monitoring office supplies and equipment maintenance, organising servicing/repairs and maintaining stock levels of essential consumables to prevent disruption
• Coordinating people-related processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, training coordination, performance check-ins, payroll administration support, and general staff supervision
• Maintaining a strong compliance-first environment, ensuring office practices align with workplace policies, relevant legislation, and safe work procedures
• Promoting and monitoring work health and safety (WHS) across office operations, including basic risk controls, incident reporting processes, and compliance documentation

Essential requirements:
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in office management / administration leadership
• AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant field

Employment Details
• Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + superannuation per annum
