We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced full time Office Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office located in Balcatta WA 6021.
Ideal candidate will be offered an annual salary between $75000-$85000, depending on the experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Managing office systems, including recordkeeping, filing, and general correspondence.
- Supervising and supporting administrative staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Managing accounts, payroll, and invoicing processes in coordination with external accountants.
- Monitoring inventory levels and office supplies, placing orders as required.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory and workplace standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office software or accounting tools.
