- Our Business Services team delivers a best-in-class experience for clients, guests, and colleagues across all Colliers offices in Victoria.
- Based in Melbourne CBD, the Victorian Office Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing multiple offices in Melbourne, acting as the face of the business and ensuring a seamless, 5-star operational experience.

- Lead daily operations across multiple offices, ensuring seamless service and compliance
- Manage front-of-house teams and guest experience
- Oversee office relocations, fit-outs, and workplace projects
- Implement office management strategies, policies, and procedures
- Manage facilities including parking, refurbishments, and general upkeep
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and support for the Executive Team
- Plan and deliver state-wide events including conferences and end-of-year functions
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Align Victorian initiatives with national operations and standards
- Qualifications
This role is ideal for someone with operational experience who’s ready to step into a high-impact leadership position. As a key role, we’re looking for someone who can demonstrate
- Strong operational oversight across multiple office locations
- Project management experience in relocations and fit-outs
- Budget management and confident negotiation skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Sharp attention to detail and professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
