We're looking for a vibrant and proactive Office Manager to join a growing and dynamic restoration company in Western Sydney. You will be the backbone of our clients thriving team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing everything from legal paperwork and ISO compliance to state licensing and supplier contracts.
- Overseeing client and trade onboarding, managing incident reports, and arranging all staff travel and accommodation.
- Handling petty cash, tracking company cards, and conducting cost comparisons for materials.
- Managing our company car fleet, organising yard stocktakes, and handling mail and deliveries.
- Keeping the office supplies stocked, maintaining company records, and being the go-to person for day-to-day operations.
- You'll be the creative force behind our internal company events and team celebrations.
