As their company grows, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to help keep our operations smooth, efficient, and aligned with our mission.

About the Role:

As an Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating procedures, policies, and systems. You will manage administrative staff, oversee rostering and task allocation, and ensure effective use of office space and equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining clients' records, handling invoices and accounts, liaising with colleges and IT, and ensuring compliance with migration regulations. A vital aspect of the role is ensuring a positive, timely, and seamless experience for all clients throughout their visa processes.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $76,600 to $77,000 plus superannuation.

The responsibilities and roles undertaken include (but are not limited to):

? Coordinating and maintaining office procedures, policies, and systems to ensure efficient business operations.

? Coordinating seamless operations between the head office and the branch offices, ensuring similar procedures and policies are followed throughout the organisation.

? Managing staff and the utilisation of office space and equipment to keep the operations of the business running smoothly.

? Supervising and supporting the performance of administrative staff, including rostering, task allocation, and productivity tracking.

? Keeping records up to date and managing the business billing and account systems.

? Communicating with marketing professionals, colleges, universities, clients, and others to handle any issues that may arise.

? Liaising with colleges, IT support, and service providers to ensure smooth daily
operations.

? Making sure the business complies with government migration laws, policies, and industry standards.

? Assisting with hiring, onboarding, payroll, staff training, and ongoing support.

? Preparing and submitting operational reports to senior management and working closely with the management of the company.

? Preparing and supervising all accounts of the office.

? Ensuring that the client’s experience is positive, services are delivered on time and are seamless.

Qualifications/experience:

? Should have a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of experience preferred in a similar setting.

? Must hold at least a Diploma in a relevant field.

? Should have the ability to communicate well in spoken and written English.
