APS Double Glazing in Melbourne is looking for full time experienced Office Manager.
Position overview:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team who can manage the functions and resources of our busy office.
Qualifications / Experience required:
You must have a relevant Associate Degree, Diploma or Advanced Diploma (ideally in business or similar) AND have at least one year of experience as an Office Manager (ideally in a similar field to our business) Experience in UPVC windows and Doors is also desirable.
Responsibilities include the following:
• contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
• allocating human resources, space and equipment
• assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
• managing records and accounts of the office
• liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
• ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
• coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision
Remuneration on offer between $76,515 to $85,000 depending on experience.
