Waratah Polytechnic is seeking to employ a full time Office Manager in Sydney NSW. The roles will be responsible to oversee and ensure a continued smooth and efficient operation of the institute. Renumeration for this role ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 plus super.

To be considered, minimum skills required are a Diploma in Management, Administration or equivalent field, plus one year of at level experience. Candidates with at least 3 years of proven at level experience can also be considered. Highly desired attributes are high level organisational & planning skills, and advanced communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in office management software.

Key tasks include:
? Oversee and coordinate daily operations across Waratah Polytechnic.
? Establish, enhance and maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
? Lead and manage procurement, reordering, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
? Oversee facilities, repairs, maintenance, and essential services across Waratah.
? Provide executive support to Waratah’s senior management and liaise with stakeholders.
? Maintain key records and data-base systems with accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
? Prepare and present reports and updates on office activities to the management.
? Manage communication channels (website, phones, email systems).
? Support HR function including staff onboarding, inductions, and basic HR enquiries.
? Coordinate staff training, team building, and office functions.
? Maintain accurate employee records in line with policies and regulations.
? Monitor budgets and provide input to payroll processes.
? Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships.
? Deliver client support via calls, emails, and visitor assistance.
? Promote positive workplace culture and address office-related concern.

Salary - $75,000 to $85,000 plus super
