We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Contributing to the planning, coordination, and review of office services, establishing priorities and service standards to support energy efficiency projects and business operations
• Allocating and managing human resources, office space, and equipment to ensure effective support for installation teams, sales, and compliance activities
• Assigning administrative and operational tasks to staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring deadlines and service standards are met
• Managing office records, documentation, invoicing, and accounts related to energy projects, government programs, and internal operations
• Liaising with external professionals, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to coordinate office activities and resolve operational or administrative issues
• Ensuring office equipment, systems, and supplies are maintained and available to support daily business and project requirements
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, including office-based WHS policies and procedures
• Ensuring all office operations comply with relevant government legislation, regulatory requirements, policies, and internal procedures
• Coordinating personnel activities including recruitment support, onboarding, performance monitoring, payroll coordination, training administration, and staff supervision
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an Office Manager or similar role
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify operational issues and implement process improvements to support efficient office and business operations
Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70.000 to $80.000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
