About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient coordination of staff, resources, and business processes. The role involves managing office administration, supervising staff, maintaining records and accounts, and supporting the smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to planning and reviewing office services, including setting priorities and service standards.
Allocate human resources, space, and equipment effectively.
Assign work to staff and monitor performance.
Manage office records, accounts, and documentation.
Liaise with professionals and external stakeholders to resolve business issues.
Manage physical facilities and ensure buildings and equipment are well-maintained.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Oversee adherence to government legislation, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate HR activities, including recruitment, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.
Requirements:

Qualifications: Diploma (minimum).
Experience: At least 1 year in an office management or administrative role.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
