About this role We are looking for an Office Manager to lead our office services team in delivering exceptional service to external and internal clients, and to seamlessly run the day-to-day operations of our large Brisbane office. You will possess a strong client service ethic, demonstrate significant prioritisation and organisational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your strong leadership abilities and passion for excellence and continual improvement will be essential as you drive and deliver outcomes. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee all general office administration, facilities, tenancy, and back of house support for the Brisbane office, including supplies, consumables, and marketing merchandise. Lead, develop, and inspire a team of four, including Concierges and Administration Assistants, while providing backup support to other functions as needed. Oversee front of house operations, meeting room management, catering, meeting and event coordination, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Plan and implement operational and strategic initiatives, monitor expenses within agreed budgets, and provide regular and ad hoc reporting. Manage tenancy safety compliance including supporting insurance renewals, and fire warden and first aid training. Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships, collaborate with the Office Services Manager network to identify and implement efficiencies, and participate in local Executive meetings. Support the Office Chair with presentations, meeting arrangements, and office-related administration. Skills and experience You’ll be agile, responsive and most importantly you will bring the right attitude to continue learning. This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes: Significant experience in an office administration or related roles including proven experience in managing teams A strategic thinker who can also attend to the finer details Confident and decisive, capable of working autonomously as well as contributing effectively in a team environment Consistently demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and confidentiality, while also possessing excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships and positively influence others at all levels. Experience in professional services or hospitality, and holding or actively working towards qualifications in business administration, would be advantageous.
