ANZ Auto Pty Ltd is a rapidly expanding Australian owned automotive recycling and vehicle export company. The business specialises in the dismantling, recycling and international export of used vehicles and automotive parts, servicing both domestic and overseas markets. With consistent growth in revenue, increased staffing levels, and expanded export operations across multiple international markets, ANZ Auto Pty Ltd has developed a structured operational framework requiring strengthened administrative leadership and compliance oversight.
Due to ongoing business expansion and increased operational complexity, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Office Manager to lead and coordinate our administrative and compliance functions.

About the Role:
This is a senior administrative position responsible for ensuring the efficient management of office operations, workforce documentation, regulatory compliance, and internal systems. The Office Manager will work closely with company directors and external service providers to support the continued growth and operational stability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave registers and personnel documentation
• Assist directors in coordinating financial reporting and operational performance documentation
• Manage supplier contracts, service agreements and insurance documentation
• Develop, implement and maintain internal office procedures, policies and compliance systems
• Coordinate recruitment processes, employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• Supervise document control systems to ensure structured record keeping
• Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations across the business
• Liaise with external payroll providers, bookkeepers and accountants to ensure accurate reporting
• Monitor compliance with Fair Work obligations, workplace regulations and business licensing requirements
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency

Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years full-time relevant experience in office management or senior administrative coordination
• Demonstrated experience managing staff records and employment documentation
• Experience working with payroll systems and external accounting professionals
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations
• High level organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
