We’re a premium off-grid solar company based on the NSW Far South Coast (Eden), specialising in designing and installing high-quality prebuilt off-grid systems for clients right across Australia. Our work takes us from coastal properties to remote stations and everything in between.

You’ll have the opportunity to either contribute as a key member of the installation team or take the lead on projects, depending on your experience. The Role

This position offers a mix of workshop preparation and on-site installation work. You’ll help build our preassembled Solar In-A-Box systems in Eden and then travel to project locations across Australia to complete installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test prebuilt off-grid systems in our Eden workshop
• Travel across Australia to install off-grid solar and battery systems
• Work as part of a team or lead a small installation crew on remote projects
• Conduct safe, compliant, high-quality installation work
• Liaise with clients on-site in a professional, respectful manner
• Ensure all work meets Australian Standards and company quality expectations

Requirements

• Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
• MR or HR licence preferred
• Minimum SAA accreditation – Solar Design & Installation
• SPS accreditation preferred (Standalone Power Systems)
• Ability to travel and work away from home for extended periods
• Comfortable with remote-area work and varying site conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead a small team (desired but not required)
