The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience working with GFE-style accounts, with a strong ability to connect on a personal level, build trust, and convert fans into loyal, high-value subscribers. Key Responsibilities: Engage in daily chats with fans, maintaining a genuine and immersive Girlfriend Experience (GFE) tone. Build strong relationships with subscribers, learning about their interests and personal details to create tailored interactions. Identify and nurture potential whales (high-spending fans) through personalized conversation and upselling strategies. Use inFlow to track chats, fan activity, spending patterns, and notes. Collaborate with the management team to develop fan engagement strategies and increase revenue. Help attract and retain new fans by creating meaningful, authentic conversations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an OnlyFans Chatter, specifically with GFE-style accounts. Strong written English communication skills (fluent and natural conversational tone is essential). Solid experience with inFlow or similar CRM/chat management systems. Excellent relationship-building skills with a persuasive, yet natural and friendly approach. Proven ability to convert new fans into long-term, high-value subscribers.
