Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred occupational therapy services to NDIS participants


Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and write progress reports


Prescribe assistive technology, mobility aids, and minor home modifications


Provide therapy to support self-care, learning, mobility, and independence


Collaborate with Allied Health Assistants and other professionals as required


Liaise with participants, families, and support coordinators to achieve goals
