Responsibilities:
Deliver functional capacity assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Provide hands-on therapy and interventions as needed.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Collaborate with clients, their families, and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with NDIS requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in Occupational Therapy and the NDIS.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience working with NDIS participants is highly preferred.
Ability to provide community services to the Peth South Metro region.
