About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with NDIS participants of all ages, supporting them to achieve their goals across daily living, sensory regulation, functional independence, and community participation.

You will work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and support workers to provide high-quality assessments, reports, and interventions.

Your day might include:
• Conducting Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and OT assessments
• Developing goal-based therapy plans aligned with NDIS outcomes
• Providing 1:1 intervention to improve participants’ independence in daily tasks
• Supporting participants with assistive technology recommendations and home modifications
• Working with children, young people, and adults across diverse settings (home, school, community)
• Collaborating with our passionate team of support workers, social worker, and developmental educator

What We’re Looking For:
• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for registration)
• Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centred practice
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Passion for empowering individuals with disabilities
