HB Rehab is a well-established, privately owned practice delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services across the Newcastle region for over 20 years.

We proudly support a diverse caseload that includes NDIS participants, DVA, aged care, CTP and Lifetime Care —and thanks to the dedication and quality of our team, it’s growing!

There are 14 of us on the team, and the vibe strikes the perfect balance between focused and fun. We work hard, support each other, and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way—because great teamwork thrives when everyone feels comfortable and engaged.

Strong Clinical & Admin Support:
You’ll be backed by a passionate team of Clinical Leads, Admin Assistants, and an Allied Health Assistant, all committed to making life easier for you and better for our clients. Plus, our Practice Manager keeps everything running smoothly—and yes, our Director gets in the trenches too when needed!

Above Market rate and Award wages:
$85,000 - $125,000 (depending on experience)

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapists who is proactive and deeply committed to achieving client outcomes as if they were their own. We value professionals who embrace feedback and continuous learning, thrive in a collaborative environment, and hold accountability in high regard.

We’re after energy, dedication, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives!

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- New Grads welcome to apply
- Current AHPRA registration, a valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and full Australian working rights
- The ability to carry out Functional Capacity Assessments, Home and Living Assessments and provide ongoing support to build clients’ capacity and independence
- Experience with evidence based practices and capacity building
- An interest or experience in equipment prescription and environmental and home modifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent time management and organisational abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, applying professional knowledge and sound judgment in your work
- Experience or a willingness to supervise junior staff
