  • Starting salary $84-$125K per annum (full time equivalent) inclusive of super + phone + laptop

  • Full time or part time role in South Western Sydney (3 days/week minimum)

  • Our trusted Aspect Therapy team aim to support and empower individuals on the spectrum and their families/support network to bring about meaningful change based on functional goals. We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests. We are a mobile service across South West Sydney and meet participants in their community setting to work on transferrable skills that shape their everyday lives.

Our program includes

  • A structured induction and training program
  • A combination of self-paced and guided modules covering introduction to the organisation to working with clients
  • An informative webinar series covering the latest evidence-based research
  • Child protection and safeguarding training
  • An Introduction to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Strong individualised support and supervision structure with both a clinical and operational focus tailored to your learning needs
  • Qualifications

What you bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational therapy
  • Eligible for membership with AHPRA
  • Current driver’s licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across South Western Sydney
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’ certificate.
  • New Graduates, Early Career Therapists & Experienced Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply.
